La Marchea was granted a License to Sell on June 27, 2024. Land development is currently underway, with a projected completion on date of April 2027.

La Marchea “Nests” are constructed using a prefabricated building system, allowing for a faster construction meline of approximately 6 to 7 months.

To experience the La Marchea lifestyle, connect with your Broker Partner. They will guide you through the reservation on process and help you complete the reservation on documents within 15 days, including:

  1. Valid proof of identity:
    • For Locally Employed/Self-Employed: Two government-issued IDs (e.g., TIN, voter’s ID, driver’s license, PRC license, UMID)
    • For Overseas Filipinos: Passport (valid for at least six months) and one Philippine government-issued ID
    • For Foreign Buyers: Passport (valid for at least six months)
  2. Reservation Fee:
    • Deposit reservation fee to secure slot
  3. Closing Kit – Accomplish all documents provided by Kaluha Realty and Development Corp.:
    • Buyer Information Sheet (BIS)
    • Reservation Agreement (RA)
    • Client Appointment Slip (CAS)
  • Government Financing: Benefit from Pag-IBIG’s 30-year payment terms, subject to approval.
  • Bank Loan Assistance: Our team is committed to helping you secure the best bank loan for your needs.

Prepare necessary documents, including a Special Power of Attorney (SPA), Latest Employment Contract, and a copy of the latest passport. Upon reservation, specific requirements will be outlined. La Marchea welcomes OFWs home.
