We’ve set up a buyer-friendly system that doesn’t require you to be physically present to reserve, pay, or even sign most documents. Everything – from viewing available units to handling financing options can be done remotely.

Yes, and this is where a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) plays its part—making things easier, even from afar.

This authorized representative may act on your behalf in signing, submitting, and receiving documents throughout the entire transaction. We’ll even provide you with a hassle-free SPA template to make the process even smoother.

There are two kinds  of ways to notarize your SPA:

  • Notarized by a Notary Public (ideal if you’re located in the Philippines).
  •  If you’re overseas, documents may be notarized at any Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest you.

🌐 Q3: Will you accept documents from another country?

Yes, we do. Just make sure your documents are:

  • Written in English (or have an official English translation);
  • Issued by a recognized authority (like your employer, bank, or government institution/agency);
  • Duly notarized if necessary (especially for legal documents).

📦 Q5: What’s the best way to send my documents from abroad?

There are two ways:

  1. Send us your scanned documents through Email! – This is the fastest way for us to check if everything’s good to go. We’ll point out if anything’s missing or needs revision.
  2. Courier for final/original copies – You can also send via LBC, DHL, or FedEx when ready.

We’ll only ask for physical documents only when necessary.
